Price and fee disclosure

When a ticket price is first displayed at checkout, the total includes required ancillary fees other than sales tax and any optional non-electronic delivery fee. The total does not increase after first display except for disclosed tax, optional delivery, or a timed-out session.

Refund guarantee (C.R.S. § 6-1-718)

You are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price when the event is canceled; the ticket does not or would not grant admission, unless caused by the purchaser; the ticket is counterfeit; or the ticket does not reasonably match the listing. See also 100% Buyer Protection.
